Beyond Distribution has announced a slew of sales deals for its kids titles and will be attending this year’s Kidscreen Summit to offer a sneak preview of the latest kids animated series, Beat Bugs, ahead of its formal launch at MIPCOM Jr later this year. Recent sales deals include a 65-hour kids programming package deal with Super RTL in Germany. Titles include Backyard Science (78 x 30’), Kid Detectives (26 x 30’)and History Hunters (26 x 30’). Backyard Science has also been acquired by Noga Communications in Israel whilst Kid Detectives & History Hunters have been acquired by Spanish language kids network V-ME Media, Inc in the US & Czech Republic public broadcaster, Ceska Televize. SVT Sweden has acquired animated children’s series, Fanshaw & Crudnut (26 x 30’), launched at MIPJr in October, whilst hit CBBC series, All Over the Workplace (10 x 30’), also launched at MIPJr, was acquired by Israel’s Noga Communications, Numberjacks (66 x 15’) was sold to Hop! Channel Israel and Get Squiggling (25 x 15’) was acquired by Uyong Culture & Media Company in China.
