Beyond Distribution has secured sales deals for two key CBBC shows, with new series being launched at MIPJr.

ABC Australia has acquired series 1 & 2 of The Dengineers (21 x 30’). Airing on the newly-branded channel ABC Me, the series is presented by former TOWIE star, Mark Wright. The first series has also been acquired by TVB (Television Broadcasts Limited) in Hong Kong. These deals follow the recent acquisition of the title by Sky Italia.

Produced by CBBC Productions, The Dengineers are an elite team dedicated to making out-of-this-world dens for children. In series 2 our intrepid Dengineers build a magical library den for a girl who loves books, a dazzling Hollywood cinema den for a girl who loves the movies and a gingerbread den for a girl who is fed up with negative comments about her ginger hair.

Series 3 & 4 of Junior Vets (20 x 30’) has also been acquired by TVB in Hong Kong and Noga Communications Logi Channel in Israel. Produced by True North Productions for CBBC, the series follows children in their attempts to become trainee vets as they help all sorts of sick pets and wounded wildlife.

Commenting on the sales, Munia Kanna Konsek said: “It’s great to see home-grown children’s titles from the UK doing well with our clients across the globe. Beyond Distribution has cultivated a special relationship with the team at CBBC and one which I’m sure will continue.”
