Beyond Distribution has sold all six series produced to date by Toronto-based Big Coat Productions primetime Canadian home design TV show Love it or List It to Discovery Networks Denmark. The company has also secured several format sales with key broadcasters.

Channel 4 in the UK is producing a second series, following the success of Love It or List It UK, and format rights have been optioned by Fremantle Belgium, Elk Productions Sweden and Mastiff Entertainment Norway.  In addition, Scripps Networks Interactive (Asia), Foxtel Australia and Mediaset in Spain have also acquired the latest instalment, series 6, which was launched by Beyond Distribution at MIPCOM.

Totalling over 150 hours of programming, each 26 x 60’ series features families who have fallen out of love with their home. With the help of some of the world’s leading interior designers and estate agents, their homes are transformed. But the families must then decide whether they love their new home enough to stay in it or whether selling is their best option.
