On the mountain lakes Manu fishes for a local delicacy served in the Michelin-star restaurants of Lac Bourget, then travels to the Rhône Valley to sample the best of the local wines, before learning the ancient sport of boat jousting in Lyon. Travelling onto Provence he plays pétanque and drinks pastis with the locals, then in the Camargue Manu tries his hand at cattle herding and bull fighting. Finally there is time for a spot of fishing, cliff diving and great food on the Mediterranean coast. Manu shares the food, wine and culture of his France as only a local can.
